SAFE AND TRUSTING

It’s important to us that every member of CrossFit Bel-Red’s community trusts the instruction and intent of our coaching staff. Our goal is to keep you healthy and see you progress. Trust that when we provide a scaled WOD, modify an exercise or reduce/increase a load, we do so to ensure that you’re performing in a capacity that matches your current ability. At CrossFit Bel-Red we first want you to move well and demonstrate this consistently before progressing with intensity.

SUPPORT

Our coaches are eager to support you through the physical and mental challenges that may accompany you on your journey to becoming healthier and fitter. As part of the CrossFit Bel-Red community, you will play a key role in supporting your fellow athletes, just as they’ll be a support system for you.

LEARN

We don’t just want you to get fit. We want to help you understand how you move, where you can progress, what can help, why it’s valuable, and when it’s relevant. The greater your understanding, the greater your investment. The greater your investment, the greater your return.

CHILDREN

Children under the age of 16 are only permitted in the facility if participating in a program or personal training session.

MEMBERSHIP ADJUSTMENTS OR CANCELATIONS

Changes to membership status require at least 10 days notice prior to month’s end to avoid a charge for the following month. Cancellation of 6 or 12 month membership status will receive prorated refund at the month-to-month membership rate.

MAXIMUM CLASS CAPACITY

We cap each class at 14 athletes to enhance the care and coaching of each athlete. We are firm on maintaining our class cap at 14, those that have registered for class in advance have the right away.

DROP-IN’S

Drop-In’s are welcome and subject to availability. Prime time classes may be full. Whether you’re an out-of-town athlete coming in for a 1x WOD or performing a trial WOD to test the waters, we’d love to share our community with you. However, please be sure to contact our coaches at crossfitbelred@proclub.com in advance to let us know you’re coming.

72-HOUR ADVANCED CLASS REGISTRATION

At CrossFit Bel-Red we want you to have the ability to register for your classes in advance, creating greater structure in your week and allowing our coaches to be best prepared to support the athletes in each class. However, we keep our advanced registration window within a 72-hour period to enhance the likelihood of your arrival. 72-hours is far enough in advance to enhance the structure and support of your week, but not too far in advance that you forget to show up. We highly encourage our athletes to utilize the opportunity to register for each class in advance.

PARKING

Complimentary parking is available from 5 a.m.–4 p.m. on week days. Please park only in designated CrossFit Bel-Red parking spaces.

PEDESTRIAN

For your safety, if you are crossing 148th Avenue, please utilize designated cross-walks.

CANCELLATION OF MEMBER'S PRIVILEGES BY CLUB

  • Member hereby agrees to abide by all rules and policies of Club and understands that behavior, conduct, or any other facts or circumstances which, in the sole opinion of Club, is detrimental to Club’s business or the use and enjoyment of the Club by other members, shall be cause for immediate cancellation of this agreement without prior warning and without refunds or credits. Conduct by Member which is in violation of the Club policies or is determined by the Club management to be detrimental to the use and enjoyment of the Club by other members may result in suspension of privileges or cancellation of membership. Cancellation of membership by Club management shall release Member from further obligation to pay dues after the date of cancellation, but shall not result in a refund of prior months fees.
  • Member’s privilege to use the Club may be suspended or cancelled by Club if fees are not paid by the due date.
  • Club may, at any time, with 30 days’ notice to member, close any location without further obligation to member, except for refund of prorated fees paid in advance for services not yet received.
