PLAY BLOCK MONTHLY RATES

Infants (6 weeks - 11 months): M $1,650 | NM $1,850

Toddlers (1 - 2 years): M $1,450 | NM $1,650

ENROLLMENT SPECIFICS

• A $200 security deposit and registration form secures your registration.
• First month is eligible for prorate based on start date.
• Monthly fee will be charged on the first day of each month.
• Monthly fee will not be prorated for holiday closures.
• 30-day advanced notice is required for cancelation. Final month is not eligible for prorate.

WHAT TO BRING

In order to keep your child happy and comfortable during their visit with us, we request that you bring the following items:

• Adequate supply of infant items (when appropriate) including plastic bottles filled with appropriate contents, disposable diapers, diaper wipes, pacifiers, etc.
• Change of clothes.
• Closed-toed shoes.
• Favorite toy or blanket. Please leave all other toys at home.
• Snacks and/or lunch. Please be aware that Discovery Bay restricts foods that contain nuts or nut by-products.
• Label all items brought with your child.

ALLERGY ALERT

To protect the safety of children, Discovery Bay restricts foods that contain nuts or nut by-products. We also ask that you please not bring items that may contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts, or products processed in a facility that also processes nuts. However, please be aware that Discovery Bay is not a completely nut-free zone as we do permit food brought in from home.
