This is a total body workout with a focus on boxing technique and skill. Boxing is an interval-based class that combines full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. You will learn proper boxing technique and drills. Our coaches will lead you through rounds of different punches and combos. The boxing class delivers a high level of cardio, muscle strengthening, sharper reflexes and a focus of your mind.
