Splash. Jump. Play. Come join the FUN in Aquatics through a combination of in-water and out-of-water activities. This camp includes a variety of swim sports, free swim time, and games/activities. Activities vary daily for a unique experience. Lifejackets provided for those who do not pass a swim test. Register for one day or several.

When school closes for snow, PRO is open to provide fun activities to keep kids busy all day. Activities vary and may include gym games, sports, crafts, movies and more. Register at the Front Desk.

Aargh, Matey! It’s time to join our pirate crew! Grab a pirate patch or mermaid tail and set sail with PRO. Start with a 30-minute swim lesson and embark on an epic water adventure with buried treasure and mermaid tails. Bring your own snack.
KABOOM! POW! Begin with a 30-minute group swim lesson to practice swimming technique then explore the water with action-packed, superhero games and activities during open swim. The adventure continues on dry land as the superheroes save the day. Bring your own snack.
Get an in-depth look at the basics of competitive swimming. Water sessions focus on developing each stroke and its associated drills and techniques. Camp includes education on proper athletic training, mental preparedness, and goal setting. Teamwork is a core foundation of the experience. Suited for swimmers in Youth 5 group lessons or above. Ability to swim 50-yards in the deep pool required as a minimum.
Swim. Bike. Run. Join one of the fastest growing and confidence boosting children’s sports in the country by learning to become a triathlete. Focus on the fundamental elements of a triathlon with one day spent on each of the three sports, one day to work on transitions/putting it all together, and one day to participate in a mock triathlon. (Not USAT sanctioned).
Jump in and learn the fundamentals of the Olympic sport of water polo! Focus is on in-water skills including treading water, catching, passing, and shooting. Campers will train in teamwork, tactical team decisions and hand-eye coordination.
Learn what real-life superheroes looks like. Mini-lifeguards practice the fun skills that lifeguards get to do. Jump off blocks with a rescue tube, reach a rescue tube to someone in need, retrieve an item from under water, learn what CPR looks like, practice using gauze bandages, and work on swimming skills. This taste of a lifeguard’s job is sure to build excitement for the role and skill that lifeguards require while keeping things light, fun, and basic. Must be able to comfortably swim 50 yards and be comfortable in deep water.
Learn the fundamental skills of synchronized swimming while enhancing your strength, endurance, and flexibility. You’ll also decorate accessories for a performance suit. Must be able to swim 50 yards continuously and tread water for 3–5 minutes (ages 8–14) or swim 20 feet and be comfortable under water (ages 6–7). All black swimsuit suggested.
Splish, Splash, Summer is a blast! This camp is all about outdoor water games and activities. Soak up the sun outside enjoying inflatable water slides, water cannons, water balloons, and a slip-n-slide for the perfect outdoor summer day.
Take the spirit of adventure to the water. The Pacific Northwest is surrounded by opportunities to explore tide pools/aquariums, visit waterparks, swim in lakes/rivers, and see waterfalls. Supervised field trip destinations and detailed itinerary will be provided each day.
Keep active as you learn valuable lifesaving skills. Get a taste of what it takes to be a lifeguard as you learn CPR, swimming, and first aid skills. Must be able to comfortably swim 50 yards. PRO shuttles will transport campers to and from the Pegasus Ranch.
Take your game to the next level with legendary coach, Cameron Dollar. Designed for athletes entering grades 9-12. Athletes will advance their skills through fundamentals and advanced game situations focusing on ball-handling, passing, shooting, defense, and rebounding.
Unleash your inner Ninja as you tackle obstacles, play games, and bounce on inflatables. Activities range from easy to hard and are suitable for all ages and athletic abilities. These exercises involve a lot of running, jumping, climbing, and maneuvering through obstacles.
Let’s G-O! Have fun making friends while learning the fundamentals of cheerleading. Our coaches enjoy teaching about the importance of physical fitness, sportsmanship, trust, and teamwork. Don’t miss the final cheer performance on the last day of camp. No cheer experience required.

Love all sports! Our most popular summer camp combines a wide variety of sports such as basketball, soccer, kickball, dodgeball, floor hockey, and more. Campers learn and improve their skills, explore new sports, and work together as a team to achieve maximum fun! Plus, inflatables add to the non-stop action.
This fun-filled camp of playing the world’s most popular sport will improve your soccer game as you’re guided by our expert coaching staff. We’ll focus on fundamental skills, strategy, and lots of play. Shin guards required and cleats are not allowed.

Learn the fundamentals of basketball through both drill stations and game situations.
Improve your overall conditioning with intense drills, video analysis, a ball machine, group and private instruction to develop a good work ethic necessary for success.
Led by our USPTA staff, this week of fun includes intensive practice on stroke mechanics, the ball machine, rules, scoring, and much more! All levels welcome.
Calling all kids who love Pokémon! Come join the fun in an organized playing environment where kids have a chance to make new friends who share a common interest in Pokémon. Activities include casual and competitive events such as Pokémon Trading Card Games, video game activities, Pokémon art sessions, and creative cooking activities. In addition to promoting logical and strategic thinking, good sportsmanship, and core math and reading skills, heavy emphasis is placed on having fun!
Let the food adventure begin! We’ll explore, cook and learn all about food from cookies and cakes to bread and pastry. Campers learn to stir, sift, mix, roll out, and knead to develop basic skills.
Is your child a budding chef? Campers learn cooking and baking basics. We’ll create appealing meals from appetizers and side dishes to entrees and desserts.
Teens and tweens, are you looking for non-stop fun? Every day will be filled with new adventures that will explore many tourist and educational hotspots in the Greater Seattle Area. Supervised field trip destinations may include the aquarium, zoo, museums, parks, and much more! Shuttles and detailed itinerary will be provided each day.
At Pegasus Ranch, try new activities, learn new skills, challenge yourself, build friendships, gain confidence, and develop a connection to the outdoors with archery, orienteering, basic survival skills and team building. PRO Shuttles will transport campers to and from the Pegasus Ranch.
Get back to Washington's roots with a week at Pegasus Ranch Property in Redmond where agriculture and farming are making an urban comeback. Kids have the opportunity to learn about the harvests and work ethic of farms throughout the state. Topics include basic botany that improve plant growth, and how to nurture sprouts and seedlings.

Guaranteed to get kids moving! Each day brings a new dance style which may include jazz/ballet, cheer, gymnastics, Latin, Hip Hop, and more. A performance will be included at the end of each camp. No dance experience required.

Experience adventure and scenic surroundings while hiking trails and kid friendly routes in and around Redmond Washington. Your children will be involved in activities that will keep them interested, help them learn about nature and enjoy the camaraderie of other hikers. Children will participate in hiking games and learn to use a compass and stop for lunch and snacks while on the trail.
