CYCLING STUDIO
Jump on a bike in our theater-style Studio R/DE featuring three distinct formats: Power R/DE, R/DE 45, and our newest signature class - REV/C. All classes are included with membership.
YOGA & BARRE
Build core strength, flexibility and focus with three yoga formats: Gentle Flow, Vinyasa and Yin. Plus, our signature PRO Barre class helps strengthen muscles, increase mobility and build your barre-body. All classes included with membership.
CIRCUIT TRAINING
Reach new heights in endurance and strength in our dynamic Fit Lab, packed with cardio and strength equipment to efficiently challenge your body. All classes included with membership.
TRX®/BOXING
Become stronger than you thought you’d ever be and transform your body. Glove up and get fierce or power up with suspension training using your body weight for resistance. TRX® classes are included with your membership.
PILATES
The largest private Pilates Studio in the Northwest is bathed in natural light. For group classes, experience the Reformer Studio right next door.
DANCE/STRENGTH
Where fun meets fitness and the beat changes your body. Feed off the group energy with dozens of popular class formats with amazing playlists, including HIGH Fitness, Zumba®, PRO Bollywood and more. Classes are included with your membership.
ENROLLMENT CLASSES & WORKSHOPS
Our monthly enrollment classes and workshops are perfect for someone looking to fine-tune their skills and partake in a longer-term program. These classes include Mountain Conditioning, Half Marathon Training, Tai Chi, Rowing Tips & Tricks, 360 Fit, and more.
STUDIO MIXX - SEATTLE
Enjoy the greatest variety of fitness classes in Seattle, all in one convenient location. This Seattle studio features Gentle & Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Power R/DE and R/DE 45 cycle classes to build a lean, fit body.
STUDIO 501 - SEATTLE
Discover untapped potential with strategic, high-intensity group workouts in our Seattle Circuit Training studio aimed at achieving specific results. You’ll enjoy elite instructors, a studio packed with state-of-the-art equipment and the support of an awesome community. Equipment includes non-motorized treadmills, Air Assault bikes, Concept2 rowers, heavy bag boxing, TRX® suspension trainers, dumbbells, and kettle bells.
