PRO Club workshops are a great way to improve your fundamentals and team play. Areas of focus include shooting, ball handling and other aspects of the game.

Experience the best basketball league in the area. Choose from Advanced, Competitive and Recreational divisions. Members can form their own team or sign up as a free agent. PRO Club provides referees, scorekeepers, balls, player statistics and uniforms for each game. Leagues are offered for Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer. Our experienced instructors can personalize a practice plan to focus on the skills you want to build. Resources include the Shoot-A-Way, weighted balls, oversized balls, adjustable hoops and more.
Patrick began coaching after playing collegiately as a Point Guard/Forward at Northwest University and The Evergreen State College, where he graduated and earned All-Conference Honors. He also has played professionally in Australia and semi-professionally in the IBL for the Snohomish County Explosion. Most recently Patrick has been an assistant coach at Kings High School in Seattle.
Paul has been playing basketball since he was in third grade. He spent three years playing on the varsity team at Tahoma High School and played AAU for Emerald City's top team. He currently plays for Northwest University. His coaching experience includes Upward Basketball Camps. As a coach, he aims to improve basketball skills by working hard and having fun. He focuses on the low post work, defense, and rebounding.
