We’re so happy to have you! Your Bel-Red CrossFit journey begins with one of two introductory options. If you’re new to CrossFit, we offer our Elements program that offers 1:1 coaching to help you learn the basics, feel comfortable and set up for success. For the experienced CrossFit athlete, we offer a Green Light session to ensure you’re ready for our programming.

Anyone new to CrossFit begins with the Elements program. In this progressive introduction to the foundation movements performed in CrossFit, you’ll learn the proper techniques (and common mistakes) of each movement, from a basic body weight squat to more technical barbell lifts.
Elements includes four 60-minute one-on-one sessions that may be scheduled according to your availability. Once all sessions have been completed, you may continue with an unlimited membership for the remainder of the month. After successfully completing the Elements program, you may purchase a monthly or unlimited membership to continue your CrossFit journey.
If you have completed an introductory course from another CrossFit gym and were an active member for 3+ months, you may test out of CrossFit Elements with a Green Light session. During this 45 minute session, you’ll need to perform a movement assessment and pass a CrossFit Bel-Red benchmark for quality to officially be welcomed to your new home.
CrossFit trains young bodies to enjoy fitness and promotes a healthy lifestyle. Specifically designed for ages 12-17, to help learn new skills, stay engaged and improve all areas of fitness. This customized program allows teens to focus on progressive development of movement quality, consistency, and intensity. Teens gain confidence, build friendships in a like-minded community, develop perseverance, and relieve stress. Coaches ensure all ability levels may participate and have fun.
