Sei will start the class with an aerobic warm-up before leading you through a series of different workouts. If you have been to Sei's class in person, you know that she loves birthdays. To celebrate her niece's 23rd birthday, many of the sets will feature "23" reps in this workout. Equipment: Dumbells or household items like water bottles, laundry detergent or soup cans and a mat.
