For players of all levels, we offer Lessons, Clinics, Camps and AAU Varsity Hoops. You’ll feel like a PRO on our two legendary hardwoods: the former court of the NBA Seattle Super Sonics and the 1989 NCAA Final Four Tournament court.

PROGRAMS

JUNIOR HOOPS (Ages 4-12)
Each session includes a skill-of-the-day and a scrimmage game at the end of practice. Players are grouped by age and skill.
PRIVATE BASKETBALL LESSONS
Enjoy personalized training from our highly experienced staff who can customize a practice plan to cater to your needs. Enhance your game with multiple resources including the Shoot-A-Way, weighted balls, oversized balls, adjustable hoops and more!

VARSITY HOOPS
3rd-12th Grade, Intermediate-Advanced, Co-Ed

A year-round opportunity to develop advanced, fundamental basketball skills. AAU team play offers a focused, competitive and fun-filled environment which helps establish teamwork, hard work and a sense of achievement. Teams are formed by grade and skill level, and play in local AAU leagues and tournaments. Placement on teams is determined by seasonal tryouts. Varsity Hoops Tryout registration closes one week prior to the start date.

Purchase of uniform is required after tryouts for all new players.

VARSITY HOOPS SKILLS TRAINING
3rd-8th Grade

Become a well-rounded player and further develop your game with specialized skills training in ball handling and shooting. Enroll quarterly and enjoy unlimited classes.

BASKETBALL CAMPS
Ages 7-15

The focus is on group and individual instruction, fundamental skill building, precision shooting drills and game situations in an enjoyable, educational environment. Offered year-round during school breaks. Lunch is included for all full-day camps.

VARSITY HOOPS LEAGUE
Summer League, 4th-10th Grade, Intermediate-Advanced, Co-Ed

Join the intense, indoor action of our youth league! There are six divisions (4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th & 9th/JV) and teams must consist of at least eight players. Each team is guaranteed at least eight games including playoff competition. Prizes are awarded to all champions. All players and coaches must be AAU members.
