Yin yoga is a slow, mindfully-based yoga practice. Quieten your mind, increase your flexibility, and achieve deep relaxation and stillness through poses that are typically held for up to 3-minutes either seated or reclined. It targets the connective tissue and fascia of the body, with an emphasis on relaxing the muscles.
