workout and move towards your new personal best.
You’ll have a coach to answer questions about your training
plan, triathlon gear, race day nutrition, and to make sure you’re
staying on track with your workouts.

Our Triathlon Training Team includes:
A two-hour coached workout that focuses on cycling, running,
swimming, and strength training specific for triathletes.
Participate in the program and earn a Tri-Team Shirt!
A training plan of your choice for the Seafair Sprint or Olympic
Distance Triathlon. Receive a discount for all BuDu Events and for
Triathlon Swim Training classes!
