Sankara is passionate about fitness. With 16 years of experience as a long-distance runner and certification as a Running Coach, he's dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals. Additionally, as a 500-hour Certified Yoga Instructor, Sankara guides his clients toward positive, life-long habits through the transformative practices of yoga and running. Drawing from 30 years of self-practice and teachings from yoga masters in India, he seamlessly integrates authentic yoga techniques into his sessions. Currently pursuing a Masters in Yoga, Sankara is deeply committed to expanding his knowledge in therapeutic yoga and its application in addressing non-communicable diseases. He's known for encouraging participants to push beyond their comfort zones, all while incorporating the principles of Sanskrit and Ayurveda to enhance their yoga experience.
