Ravinder is an avid runner and potter/ceramic artist, and discovered Pilates when she was hoping to increase upper body strength, enhance core engagement and improve her overall balance. As a member of PRO Club, she trained to become a Pilates instructor. She has been amazed at how her body has transformed. She strongly believe that Pilates helps people of all ages and abilities to move better and enjoy their day-to-day activities. Her goal is to help people discover the strength that lies within and feel the positive effects of mindful movement in a way that enhances their lives.
