Paige was introduced to Pilates in 2006 as a student. As she continued to practice Pilates, she noticed that she always left her classes and sessions feeling energized and taller. She became a firm believer in Pilates, and has since noticed improvements in her balance, overall strength and stability other activities she does as well. Now a STOTT Pilates trained instructor, Paige enjoys helping her clients understand the wonderful benefits Pilates has to offer.
