Minkyung believes that Pilates connects people's bodies, minds, and spirits as one. She first encountered Pilates while studying social services mental health. She feels that Pilates gives people a strong sense of self-awareness, which is one of the exercise’s basic principles. Self-awareness improves all relationships, including the one you have with yourself and those you have with others. As an instructor, she pursues joy and encourages others to do the same. She hopes to improve people’s lives through Pilates, and enhance their understanding of their health and well-being.
