Lyndee experienced the benefits of Pilates after a series of injuries that led to surgery and physical therapy; she wanted to understand the how and why this practice was so beneficial, so she trained to be a Pilates instructor. Currently, Lyndee enjoys working with people in both one-on-one sessions and in group classes. Her nursing background gives a deep foundation to her work and she's driven by her passion to help people meet their goals, whether they wish to build strength and endurance or experience flexibility in their body. She enjoys playing in her kitchen and garden, spending time with friends and family, and hiking with her dogs.
