Laila A.
Laila is a fitness coach who has a deep appreciation for the transformative power of exercise. She is dedicated to helping others cultivate a positive and profound relationship with exercise and their bodies. Laila loves seeing the strength and resilience built in the gym carry over into all aspects of our lives. She fell in love with group fitness for the empowering community and joy that it brought to her life, and currently teaches cycling, strength and conditioning, and circuit classes. As a certified Pain-Free Performance Specialist, she is devoted to guiding individuals to achieve their fitness goals without pain, while enjoying the process. Laila has a deep-rooted passion for integrated healthcare and is studying Health Counseling and Psychology at Antioch University. She is invested in the science of well-being and her mission is to help her clients feel strong, capable, and at home in their bodies.
