As a former NCAA Women's Soccer and track athlete, Karlie motivates others to achieve the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves. Her strength and conditioning coach inspired her to positively impact other’s lives. She believes that fitness encompasses every part of life including nutrition, sleep, emotional well-being, physical strength, self-confidence, and energy. Her goal is to help every individual achieve their ideal self! In her free time, she loves to hike with friends, bike, sing, play soccer, do yard work, and run.
