Josh has been working in the health and fitness industry since 1995 and was introduced to CrossFit in 2011, which shifted his training approach from sport specific to fully encompassing the 10 General Physical Skills of CrossFit: cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. His passion is to help members reach their health and fitness goals through exercise. Josh coaches the PRO Club Triathlon Team, enjoys Adventure Racing, Triathlons and all team sports.
