Being active has always been a part of Jenn's life from early years of ballet, swimming, cross-country, and track, to endurance running. This has allowed her to be a valuable resource to both children and adults of all fitness levels, in supporting goal setting and seeing change. Jenn loves to push for positive thinking and make the workouts fun. She has a background in group training, injury prevention and rehabilitation. Jenn enjoys teaching large group cycling and small group TRX classes.
