Jana joined PRO Club to teach BabyRobics to keep expecting and new moms in their best shape. She has been teaching group exercise classes for 8 years. She has also worked as a personal trainer, youth fitness instructor, and as a dry land coach for a swim team. She is a big believer in functional fitness with emphasis on core muscle training. Jana loves to teach classes where everyone is challenged, but feels comfortable at the same time.
