Donna began her fitness career teaching personal training and group fitness classes after college, but discovered her passion for Pilates in 2009. Recognizing its benefits, she pursued certification and became a Balanced Body Certified Pilates Instructor in 2016, specializing in various apparatuses including Reformer, Trapeze, Barrel and Chair. Alongside Pilates, she's certified in Barre and ACE Group Fitness. Donna enjoys working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, helping them reach their goals. Outside work, she spends time with her family and enjoys golf, travel, and walks with her puppy.
