David S.
David has always been involved in fitness in one form or another. From running cross country and track field to CrossFit, he's always found his passion in staying fit and healthy. Retired from running due to injuries, David turned to weightlifting in college. His passion expanded throughout college, where he began leading weekly workouts in person and through zoom sessions during the pandemic for others in his college community. While doing so, he truly saw the difference he could make by pushing others to feel better about themselves by working out consistently. After working in Los Angeles in the TV and Film industry, he sought a more physically demanding career that would allow him to work with his body and be outdoors. This led him to horse training and breeding. After an injury to his shoulder, he became focused on the recovery process and dedicated his career to being a personal trainer. David believes that working out, whether weight training, losing weight, or to just simply live a healthier lifestyle doesn't have to strictly be dumbbells and treadmill. He enjoys cultivating creative outlets for fitness while building a fun, supportive, and motivating environment for clients of any and every background to come together.
