Courtney was introduced to Pilates mat work 30 years ago as a young ballet student. After practicing Pilates and dance throughout her life, she completed Balanced Body Instructor training here at the PRO Club in 2017. Courtney has experienced the benefits of the Pilates Method first hand, and is a big believer that a strong core can help everyone be more resilient and bounce back more quickly from injuries. She enjoys working with a wide variety of people, from true beginners to advanced practitioners.
