As an experienced martial arts, swimming, and track athlete who later transitioned into coaching, Addison understands the value of perseverance and discipline. He found his calling assisting others in reaching their goals with passion and enjoyment. He believes in training methods such as functional training, weightlifting, powerlifting, and martial arts, which not only help improve clients physically, but also bring about enjoyment by increasing versatility. He loves to teach his clients the “why” behind the exercises and values the importance of technique and form. He believes anyone can find enjoyment in any shape or form through exercise.
