When scheduling your event, you will be asked for the date, time, and attendee size of your meeting, along with any catering and AV/Computer requests. For your convenience, an Event Estimate/Agreement will be emailed to you for your review and confirmation prior to your event.
Payment for your event can be done by opening a PO, charging a credit card, or applying the balance due to your member account (if applicable). Please note that cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your reservation to avoid a cancellation fee.
All attendees will be required to check in at the front desk. If attendees are not current members, they will be asked to show a photo ID and sign in. They will then be directed to their assigned meeting room.
On the day of the event, a club representative will greet the ‘Meeting Lead’ and escort them to their room. The Lead will be asked to review and confirm a meeting itinerary prepared specifically for the event. He/She will also be given important phone and/or pager numbers to call for assistance with any room, computer or catering issues.
All of our meeting rooms feature notepads and pens for your convenience. Upon request each meeting room offers a variety of audio visual amenities. Please speak with your meeting planner for audio visual selections.
Complimentary parking is available to all event attendees for onsite meetings only.

Discovery Bay is a state-of-the-art licensed childcare center, conveniently located on the ground floor of PRO Club, adjacent to the family locker rooms and Aquatics Center. Due to state licensing requirements, reservations are required. Please call (425) 861-6247 to make a reservation.
Onsite daycare is available to PRO Club members and guests attending an event/meeting.
