Where can I use the PRO Club Rewards app?

At this time, you may use the app to pay for purchases in The Spa and Salon, Medical Spa, Pro Shop, Floral Studio, 20/20 Resource Center, The Bistro, Café and Auto Salon. The app is also available to use for food, beverage, apparel, and sports accessories purchased at the Seattle and Willows Road PRO Sports Club locations.

Will you be adding more departments and services to eligible purchases in the future?

We hope to add more services as well as enhance the features of the app in the future. In order for us to be successful and to maximize member satisfaction, we chose to start with a few selected departments that are most commonly used by the majority of our members.

What purchases are eligible for rewards?

All retail products, services, food items and beverages in  The Spa and Salon, Medical Spa, Pro Shop, Floral Studio, The Bistro, Café and Auto Salon are eligible for earning rewards. Gift card purchases, both in app and on-site, are not eligible for rewards.

When do I earn a reward?

Every two hundred dollars is eligible for a $10 reward. You can keep track of your progress in the app and conveniently see how close you are to earning a reward or how many rewards you have earned available to be used.

Can I redeem my credits anywhere in the club?

Rewards are currently redeemable in The Spa, The Salon, Pro Shop, Floral Studio, Medical Spa, The Bistro, Café, and Auto Salon.

What payment methods can I use with the app?

You may link any credit or debit card to the app.

Can I transfer a PRO Sports Club gift card to the app?

Pre-purchased gift cards may not be transferred to the app. However, for your convenience, you may purchase digital gift cards with the app for yourself or to send to someone else. Keep in mind, gift card purchases are not eligible for rewards until they have been redeemed toward purchases.

Can I charge to my membership account?

The PRO Club Rewards app payment methods are limited to a credit card or debit card and draw from your payment method as you use the app unless you choose to bundle your payments.

How do I register for My PRO Club Rewards?

It’s easy! Simply visit the iTunes store or Google Play and search for PRO Club Rewards. It’s free to download. Set-up takes less than five minutes and the app guides you through the process.

How does the interactive map work?

The interactive map allows you to search for locations, classes and services within the building and then provides you with walking directions.

How does the menu order feature work?

Simply select the Bistro or Café menu depending on where you would like to pick up your food or beverage. Once you select the items, you will also have the opportunity to customize your order if you desire. The app will guide you through the process. On the order confirmation screen, you have the option to choose the time you would like your items to be ready for pick up: ASAP or at a specified time. Once you place your order, the payment will be deducted from your app account and a confirmation of your order and expected pick-up time will be displayed. Most orders take approximately 5-10 minutes, but will depend on the preparation time required. Once ready, your items will be waiting for you in the location you selected—just grab it, and go!

Can I earn credit if I pay with cash/credit/debit/membership outside the app?

The app is only able to track purchases made with your phone inside the app and with your linked payment method of a credit or debit card.

Can I pay with my PRO Club Rewards when I shop at 2020lifestyles.com?

Currently, the PRO Club Rewards app is only available for use in the PRO Sports Club at The Spa, the Salon, Medical Spa, Pro Shop, Bistro and Café.

Is My PRO Club Rewards secure?

We take the security of your personal information very seriously. Your credit card information is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers.

What if I have questions or need support?

If you have questions or need support with the app not functioning correctly, there is a support tab within the app to type a message and app support will assist you. If you have questions about how to use the app inside PRO Sports Club, any of the participating departments or Front Desk should be able to assist you.

I lost my phone! What do I do?

All you need to do is de-authenticate your devices, which renders your QR code invalid as a payment type and logs you out of all devices. To deactivate, visit www.thelevelup.com/ login and log in with your My PRO Club rewards account and password. Once you’re logged in, click on the ‘deactivate’ tab on the left side of the page in the Control Panel and click ‘deactivate’ next to the app that you would like to disassociate with your account. This process will generate a new QR Code for you to pay with and ensure that your old code will no longer work. It will also log out your account on all devices. You can get your new QR Code by logging into the app again. As a preemptive measure, you can activate a 4-digit PIN at startup by selecting the “Enable App Lock” in the main dashboard of your My PRO Club Rewards App. This will allow you to utilize your four-digit PIN or your Apple fingerprint ID to open the app for payment. Once this setting is enabled, it will only require your input once every 10 minutes to utilize your app.

How do I redeem my earned rewards?

Once you’ve earned a reward, you will receive a notification in the app. You will then have the choice to keep the reward active for your next purchase or turn it off to save for another purchase. You can turn your reward on at any time and they will be automatically redeemed on your next purchase.

Is there a limit to how many rewards I can use on a purchase?

There is no limit to how many rewards you can use in a single transaction nor a required minimum purchase to use with the reward redemption.

Can I use my rewards in combination with other promotional offers or coupons?

Yes, you may apply your promotional certificate at the time of transaction and then apply a reward toward your method of payment. This option is not available with the Order & Pay method.

Do I have to use my earned rewards immediately?

You have the option to use your rewards immediately or save them for later. Your rewards, when active, will be used on your next purchase automatically, so if you’ve been saving them, just tap the reward to activate it before purchase. Or, you may choose to use your rewards with your next purchase. You can even use more than one reward with a purchase. However, rewards do have an expiration date of one year from the time they have been earned, so be sure to double check the dates if you choose to save them for later.

Do rewards expire?

Earned rewards expire one year from the time they were earned. From time to time, PRO may offer additional reward incentives that may have shorter expiration dates.

What if I want a refund for something I purchased with the app?

The app conveniently stores your detailed transactions so you may see your purchase history as well as use it as a receipt for purchases. Simply, pull up your receipt with your returned product and you will be issued a credit to your app within two business days.

Can I pre-load my app with funds?

Yes.

If I send someone a digital gift card, do they have to have the app?

No. The recipient of your digital gift card will receive an e-mail with your gift. They will have a choice to download the app and the gift card will load into their app or they can print the gift card from their computer.

Do I give back my rewards if I return a product?

If you return a product or are issued a refund, the progress will be withdrawn from your app. If you used a reward to purchase the item, your reward will be reapplied to your account to be used on your next purchase.

What versions of iPhone and Android does this run on?

My PRO Club Rewards requires a minimum iOS version 8.0 or Android version 4.0.3 to operate.

Does this run on a Windows Phone?

The app is currently only available on Android and iPhone. A plastic loyalty card is available to those who have a Windows phone or prefer to use a hard card versus their phone. These cards may be obtained through the Front Desk upon request.

How is the loyalty card different from the app?

The loyalty card may be used for payments and earned rewards will be applied to the loyalty card. However, earned rewards do not have the option of being saved for a later date and will be used at the time of the next transaction upon earning the reward. What are my billing options (transactional vs. pre-load/reload)?

You may select a variety of options for how your app works with your credit or debit card. You may choose to have your payment method charged every time at every purchase, or you may choose to auto-load a pre-selected amount up to $2000 into your app from your credit or debit card. if you choose to auto-load, you will then have the ability to select what dollar amount you prefer to automatically reload.
