Genetic Nutrition PROfile: $250 (includes one-on-one personalized interpretation). Included at no cost with eight Registered Dietitian sessions.
Your Registered Dietitian will assess your medical, cultural and food history. They will work with you to create a personalized meal plan and goals.
Services include general nutrition education, weight loss or gain, sport training, management in health conditions (such as diabetes or hypertension) and support in meal preparation or planning.

Enhance your nutrition knowledge and cooking skills while enjoying a fun night out. You’ll enjoy a 1:1 cooking demonstration and sample three to four menu items with Registered Dietitian and Culinary Nutrition expert Sarah Lawson.
Sample menu themes include: one pan meals for busy nights, inventive solutions for leftovers, healthy holiday hors d’oeuvres and more.

Complete a Nutrition Consult Form (found in the Resources below) regarding your health and food history, and submit the document via email. Pediatric consult forms are also available. Please alert the scheduling staff if you would like to bill the session to insurance or pay out of pocket. Remember, we encourage you to provide as much relevant information as possible to ensure a productive session. Payment for sessions is required at the time of service.

If you have any medical condition necessitating a dietitian’s services, we would be happy to bill your insurance provider for the session. Upon check-in for your appointment the front desk will help you complete the necessary paperwork to process this.
Verification of insurance coverage is the patient’s responsibility (please note that we are not a contracted Medicare provider). Final determination concerning actual coverage will be made by your insurance company after the claim has been submitted.
