Unlock Key Nutritional Genes

Discover exactly what your body needs to thrive. Our Genetic Nutrition PROfile helps to determine which foods may be beneficial, which ones to avoid or limit, and how your genetic makeup can impact weight management. You’ll also discover insight into your metabolism, aging, and more.

Guided by your genetic makeup and lifestyle history, your registered dietitian will develop an evidence-based nutrition plan specifically for you. Utilize this information to live a healthier lifestyle, reduce health risks or to lose weight. With this ultimate nutritional roadmap, you’ll be empowered with scientific knowledge to make more confident food choices.

There are two Genetic Nutrition PROfiles available. The Diet test provides genetic information geared toward weight loss. The Health test provides genetic information for healthy aging and longevity.

Some genes included in these tests are:

  • Hunger
  • Carbohydrate responsiveness
  • Lipid metabolism
  • Circadian rhythm
  • Saturated fat response

Genetic Nutrition PROfile: $250 (includes one-on-one personalized interpretation). Included at no cost with eight Registered Dietitian sessions.

Our Programs

During a private nutritional counseling service, your Registered Dietitian will assess your medical, cultural and food history. They will work with you to create a personalized meal plan and goals. Services include general nutrition education, weight loss or gain, sport training, management in health conditions (such as diabetes or hypertension) and support in meal preparation or planning.

Our Dietitians can conduct sessions via video conferencing. Please alert our scheduling staff that you desire to utilize this service when making your appointment. Note: we encourage all patients to verify telehealth coverage specifically with their insurance carrier prior to scheduling.

Enhance your nutrition knowledge and cooking skills while enjoying a fun night out. You’ll enjoy a 1:1 cooking demonstration and sample three to four menu items. Sample menu themes include: one pan meals for busy nights, inventive solutions for leftovers, healthy holiday hors d’oeuvres and more.
