HOW IT WORKS
Meet with a registered dietitian before your Challenge begins to construct your individualized 21 day meal plan. We’ll take into consideration your dietary preferences, food sensitivities/intolerances, and pertinent medical history. After meeting with your dietitian, you’ll begin your Challenge. Simply pick up your fresh selections of food twice a week at PRO Club and enjoy how delicious weight loss can taste! The Challenge is the perfect length of time to eliminate cravings and reset your body’s hunger/satiety cues. Meet again with your dietitian to assess your weight loss, hunger/satiety, and work towards a solid nutrition plan for the future.
21 Day Food Challenge: $895
Includes all meals, shakes and two dietitian appointments. No grocery shopping necessary. Average woman loses 6-10 lbs. Average man loses 10-15 lbs.
28 Day Food Challenge: $1,160
Includes Stage 1 of the 20/20 LifeStyles meal plan.
- Eat only what you and your dietitian plan for your Challenge. No alcohol and no extra snacks or treats are permitted.
- Aim to drink at least 64 oz. of water per day.
- Limit caffeine to no more than 8 oz. of black coffee per day or two shots of espresso.
- Aim to reach at least 5,000 steps per day and get at least three days of exercise per week.
