PRO Club Rewards is designed for loyal members and to make your experience at PRO even more rewarding. No registration fees. Just sign up and enjoy the perks. Here’s everything you need to know to enjoy the additional rewards at PRO Club with our gratitude.

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR PRO CLUB REWARDS?

Simply visit the Google Play or iPhone App Store and search for PRO Club Rewards. It’s free to download and doesn’t require a club membership to use. However, you will need a guest account with PRO Club to obtain a scan code that is required when registering. When logging in for the first time, use the ‘HELP LOGGING IN’ link on the sign in screen. Due to the linking with our Membership and Client system for ease of payment, you will need to submit your Last Name and Scan Code to complete your first sign in and create your account. Your Scan Code may be provided to you at the Front Desk or by phone (425) 885-5566.

WHAT PURCHASES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REWARDS?

All retail products, services, food items and beverages in The Spa and Salon, Medical Spa, PRO Shop, The Bistro, Café and Auto Salon are eligible for earning rewards. PRO Club gift card purchases are not eligible for rewards.

WHEN DO I EARN A REWARD?

Spend two hundred dollars to earn a $10 reward. All purchases accumulate rewards and you may redeem at any time once your accumulated rewards are at or above $10. $1 in purchases = 1 point, 1 point = 0.05c.
You may keep track of your progress in the app and conveniently see how close you are to earning a $10 reward or how much in rewards you have earned that are available to be used.

MAY I REDEEM MY REWARDS ANYWHERE IN THE CLUB?

Rewards are redeemable in The Spa, The Salon, PRO Shop, Medical Spa, The Bistro, Café, and Auto Salon.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS MAY I USE WITH THE APP?

You may link any credit or debit card to the app. If you are a PRO Club member, you may also link your House Charge to the app as the preferred payment method. If you’re interested in activating House Charge for your membership account, please contact Member Accounts at (425) 861-6232 or pick up a form to submit at the Front Desk.

MAY I TRANSFER A PRO CLUB GIFT CARD TO THE APP?

Pre-purchased gift cards may not be transferred to the app at this time.

HOW DO I APPLY A GRATUITY FROM THE APP?

If you’d like to leave a gratuity for your Barista, Server, or service provider, please make sure you let your cashier know. They’ll add the requested amount to your total transaction with their appreciation. Plus, you’ll get rewards progress from your gratuity.

MAY I EARN CREDIT IF I PAY WITH CASH/CREDIT/DEBIT/MEMBERSHIP OUTSIDE THE APP?

The app is only able to track purchases made with your phone inside the app and with your linked payment method of House Charge, credit, or debit card.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY EARNED REWARDS?

Once you’ve earned a reward, you will have the choice to keep the reward active for your next purchase or turn it off to save for another purchase from the Payment screen. You can turn your reward on at any time and any accumulated loyalty rewards will be automatically redeemed on your next purchase. You can set your preferences in the My Account tile to automatically redeem (or not) your accrued rewards once earned.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY REWARDS I CAN USE ON A PURCHASE?

There is no limit to how much loyalty reward value you can use in a single transaction. The app will automatically redeem the full value of your loyalty rewards balance when active. You must have at least $10 in rewards to redeem on a transaction, so if you have not accumulated $10, your reward may not be available until you reach 200 points in purchases.

MAY I USE MY REWARDS IN COMBINATION WITH OTHER PROMOTIONAL OFFERS OR COUPONS?

Yes, you may apply your promotional certificate at the time of transaction and then apply a reward toward your method of payment.

DO I HAVE TO USE MY EARNED REWARDS IMMEDIATELY?

You have the option to use your rewards immediately or save them for later. Your rewards, when active, will be used on your next purchase automatically, so if you’ve been saving them, tap the reward to activate it before purchase. Or you may choose to use your rewards with your next purchase. You will automatically use the full balance of your rewards once active.

WHAT IF I WANT A REFUND FOR SOMETHING I PURCHASED WITH THE APP?

The app conveniently stores a summary of your transactions so you may see your purchase and points history. Refunds may be processed with your returned product, and you will be issued a credit to your rewards balance and/or the payment method used from your transaction within two business days.

DO I GIVE BACK MY REWARDS IF I RETURN A PRODUCT?

If you return a product or are issued a refund, the progress will be withdrawn from your app. If you used a reward to purchase the item, your progress will be reapplied to your account to be used towards the accrual of new rewards.

IS PRO CLUB REWARDS SECURE?

We take the security of your personal information very seriously. Your credit card information is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers.

WHAT IS THE REQUIRED OS TO RUN THE APP?

For the best experience, we highly recommend using the most current versions of both platforms. The minimum recommended operating systems are Android 10.0 and iOS 12.4.

HOW DO I DELETE MY REWARDS ACCOUNT?

Simply, sign-in to your PRO Club Rewards app. Tap on the “My Account” button, then select “Delete Rewards Account.” Next, you will see a confirmation page with a red button at the bottom that says “Yes, Delete My Rewards Account.” Please read the confirmation page and click the red button to finalize deletion.
