A great way to energize your day. Each Boot Camp session includes a 15- minute warm-up, 30 minutes strength and conditioning, 35 minutes walking, jogging or running, and 5 minutes of massage stick/foam rolling. T-shirt is included with completion of class.
Willows Road offers custom-built programs designed for your goals and schedule. Minimum requirement is four people and four sessions (subject to available space).

Get ready for the slopes. Led by veteran ski conditioning instructor, Joshua Fitchitt, each class is a unique experience with circuits specific to skiing. You’ll improve muscle endurance in your lower body and core, enhance stability and mobility and increase aerobic endurance. Offered October-March.
Swim. Bike. Run. Train! Join the PRO Club Triathlon Team. You’ll enjoy four workouts per month, with a focus on building strength and improving your technique for swimming, biking and running. Includes Sprint or Olympic programs and clinics, team socials, race discounts and more.
Test both your physical and mental capacity with these high volume workouts. You can compete against yourself by doing each workout twice, then see if you improve the second time around!
