Arundhati has always been passionate about dance and fitness. Having worked as a professional Bollywood instructor and international performer alongside some of Bollywood’s biggest stars for over 8 years. Her life was all about dance. Arundhati enjoys spreading the joy and madness of Bollywood dance. Outside of dance, Arundhati is also a passionate Yoga instructor. Arundhati has worked with all ages and abilities of performers and believes that everyone should move and have fun getting fit.

Arzu worked in the corporate world for many years till she found her true calling, teaching Yoga. She is passionate about teaching all levels from beginners to seasoned Yogis, helping others find the sense of healing, empowerment and balance starting on the mat. In her classes she focuses on creating a safe, fun and delightful practice through breath, movement and mindfulness. Her hobbies include practicing Yoga outdoors, swimming, paddle boarding and exploring the globe.

Originally from India, Chitra was introduced to yoga by her family in 2001 and has perfected her craft by working with various teachers along the way. Chitra offers a special focus in Iyengar and Hatha yoga principles. Her style revolves around finding balance between posture and breath, between body and mind. Dawni-Rae loves inspiring others to create wellness goals, from better performance in fitness to healthy lifestyle changes. She loves the outdoors, training outside, pickle ball, climbing circus ropes, and hiking.

Heidi returns to the beautiful Pacific Northwest after two years of living and teaching fitness classes in LA. Heidi is passionate about teaching cycling classes because it allows her to mix her favorite things - fitness and music - while helping her students get fit and have fun doing it too.

Jess started practicing yoga in 1994 while pregnant with her second child. She feels that the physical postures coupled with the philosophical teachings of yoga helped her to keep strong and remain relatively sane during those early years as a young mom. Over the years she has studied many different styles; Baptiste Power, Vinyasa, Anusara, Iyengar, Yin and Restorative. Jess enjoys teaching to all levels and abilities of students and likes to mix in a little humor along with the challenge.
MARITZA V.
Maritza Vargas-Reyes, ECYT 500-Hour, holds a professional-level certification in Kripalu Yoga with 12 years as a practitioner and 5 years of experience teaching and leading transformational classes and workshops. Maritza's aim is to help guide class participants through a dynamic and compassionate practice from the heart. Maritza is the creator of MahAvanaYoga™, The Great Jungle Yoga, for children ages 3-12 years old and of MuktaDance™, Liberation Dance, a Conscious Dance Practice.
NANINE R.
While pursuing a degree in dance, Nanine started teaching aerobic dance classes as a part-time summer job in the early 1980's. Today, she works as a nationally certified personal trainer and Vinyasa yoga instructor, with an international certification. Each class is designed to strengthen, stretch, and balance the body and mind. She’s always mindful to offer modifications for injuries, arthritis or for those new to yoga.
RAYE A.
Raye believes that in today's fast-paced society, yoga restores the body, mind and spirit while developing functional ability by enhancing balance, core strength, and flexibilty. She has explored many different styles of yoga including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Flow, Power and Yin. Raye enjoys blending a variety of both yin and yang elements into a well-balanced practice in her classes.

Sally specializes in functional and therapeutic yoga. She has seen the practice of yoga help people, including herself, heal. She believes through the practice of yoga people learn to move more skillfully, with balance, flexibility, and strength, and these physical abilities transfer to a life lived with the same qualities.
SAORI O.
Saori began her Yoga journey as a child, training along side her mother a long-time yoga teacher. Through Yoga, she has learned how to become happy, healthy and peaceful. Her intention is to share her knowledge with others so they can also benefit from yoga. She teaches locally and offers yoga workshops in Japan.
