BADMINTON

Ages 7 and Older
New players and enthusiasts are always welcome to enjoy this international sport. For members 9 years and older, drop-in play is available for free if you provide your own racquet and birdies. Bring three 78 speed Victor Tournament green birdies each night (available for purchase at the PRO Shop). Don't have your own equipment? We got you covered. We offer enrollment programs for children ages 7-12 years old. Badminton for Kids will provide instruction, help build confidence, and develop hand-eye coordination to become a more competitive player.

FLAG FOOTBALL

Ages 7-12
Enjoy the excitement of football without the physical contact. A fun way for kids to develop football skills without the risk of injury from traditional tackling. A football jersey is included. Games will be played 5-on-5. Located across the street from PRO Sport Club Bellevue (4608 148th Ave. N.E., Redmond, WA 98052). Offered as a seasonal enrollment program and summer camp. Camp includes lunch and outdoor play at Grass Lawn Park. Registration deadline is one week prior to the start date. Late registration fees apply.

PICKLEBALL

All Ages
Pickleball is played on a badminton court with a 34 inch high net. All equipment is provided. Drop-in play is free of charge for members only.

TABLE TENNIS

Ages 14 and Older
We make it easy to join the fun, providing necessary equipment and offering tables for every skill level. Drop-in play that is free of charge and for members only. Maximum time on court for players is 10-minutes per rotation if people are waiting.

VOLLEYBALL

Ages 15 and Older
Get ready to bump, set and spike! Volleyball is a fun sport that is easy to learn and will help improve your cardio, flexibility, balance and coordination. Drop-in play is free of charge and for members only.


PRO RUNNING CLUB

Summer Only, Ages 9-15
Are you an avid runner or do you want to be? Improve your endurance, speed, technique, strength, and agility as you learn how to run like the Pros Each run will start and finish at Grass Lawn Park. Includes two-days a week for an hour and a half each day.
