How it Works

Meet with a registered dietitian before your Challenge begins to construct your individualized 21 day meal plan. We’ll take into consideration your dietary preferences, food sensitivities/intolerances, and pertinent medical history. After meeting with your dietitian, you’ll begin your Challenge. Simply pick up your fresh selections of food twice a week at PRO Sports Club and enjoy how delicious weight loss can taste! The Challenge is the perfect length of time to eliminate cravings and reset your body’s hunger/satiety cues. Meet again with your dietitian after 14 days to assess your weight loss, hunger/satiety, and work towards a solid nutrition plan for the future.

  • Eat only what you and your dietitian plan for your Challenge. No alcohol and no extra snacks or treats are permitted.
  • Aim to drink at least 64 oz. of water per day.
  • Limit caffeine to no more than 8 oz. of black coffee per day or two shots of espresso.
  • Aim to reach at least 5,000 steps per day and get at least three days of exercise per week.
