BOOT CAMP – MONTHLY ENROLLMENT
Since 2000, PRO Sports Club Boot Camp has been helping members achieve their fitness goals. The workout includes 15 minutes of warm-up, 30 minutes of strength and conditioning, 35 minutes of walk, jog or running and 5 minutes of massage stick and foam rolling. T-shirt is included with completion of class. Offered April-September.

See a class format that works for you but the time doesn’t? Or do you have a specific event or sport you want to train for? Willows Road offers custom built programs specifically designed for your goals and schedule. Minimum for custom programs is four people and four sessions (subject to available space). Program price varies based on number of participants and sessions.
Ski Conditioning - Monthly Enrollment
Improve muscle endurance in your lower body and core, enhance stability, increase mobility, and build aerobic endurance. This power-packed class is an experience like no other. Led by veteran ski conditioning instructor, Joshua Fitchitt, each class is a unique experience with circuits specific to skiing. Offered October-March.

Triathlon Team - Annual Enrollment
Join the Pro Sports Club Triathlon Team for a fun, supportive and encouraging atmosphere. There are four workouts per month with a focus on building strength and technique for swimming, biking and running. Includes Sprint or Olympic programs and clinics, team socials, race discounts and more! All fitness levels welcome.

X-Treme Fitness - Monthly Enrollment
Test both your physical and mental capacity with these high volume workouts, and compete against yourself by doing each workout twice and seeing if you can improve your score the second time around!
