We require that Enrollment Application, Emergency Medical Authorization’s and immunization records be on file before your child’s first day of attendance. These forms are obtainable from Discovery Bay front desk.
To assure space is available for your child, reservations are required for childcare. We will gladly accommodate children who “drop in” without reservations if the number of children do not exceed our legal capacity. Parents who make reservations for other club services and require childcare during the service (such as Spa, Personal Training, etc) should always make childcare reservations along with their service appointment.
Making accurate reservations and canceling with reasonable advance notice not only helps us correctly staff our programs but increases accessibility for all parents and children.
Cancellations for all youth programs must be at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the full time of the reservation. Due to licensed child/teacher ratios, a $20.00 late fee will be charged in addition to the hourly fee for picking your child up more than ten (10) minutes after the reserved scheduled time ends. To make an extension, please call before the reservation end time to ensure enough space and to avoid a late fee.
Appointments may be cancelled at any time before the day of the appointment. No shows will be charged the full amount of reservation. Reservations cancelled the same day will be charged for 1 hour of the reserved time.
Due to the high number of children with allergic reactions, we are a nut-free facility. Please refrain from bringing any food items containing nuts.
