Customizable Core Performance Programs

PRO Sports Club on Willows Road has the unique ability to create customized, core performance programs for young athletes and adults looking to enhance specific areas of performance or functionality. By assessing common injuries, dominant movements and associated inefficiencies, our expert coaching staff can effectively strengthen areas of weakness, reduce injury potential and boost performance. Each program requires a 1 month/8 workout commitment and an enrollment minimum of 7 participants. Enrollment based programs ensure an appropriate progression of its participants and create a considerable price reduction in comparison to small group personal training. Customizable programs are perfect for Junior High and High School teams wanting a more specific training environment, as well as adults looking for cost effective, progressive group training.
