Boot Camp

Cardio Blast

Power up your lunch hour with 55 minutes of heart pumping strength and cardio. Get in, get a great work out, and get on with the rest of your day. Equipment includes training ropes, kettle bells, Power Plates, Keiser Functional Trainers, Freemotion Cable Machines, Val Slides, Medicine-Ball, Physioballs, and Versa Climbers. X-TREME fitness

X-TREME fitness takes basic functional movements and cranks up the volume to test your physical capacity and mental determination. Compete with yourself by tracking reps, clocking times, and push your body to an X-TREME level of fitness. X-TREME fitness is head-to-toe conditioning that tests your will to finish and rewards those who do. Each format includes a movement preparation phase followed by 25-45 minutes of high intensity training.
