Do I need a referral from a doctor?
A physician's referral is not need for treatment by a podiatrist. However, some insurance companies require a referral in order to reimburse for podiatric services. We recommend that you consult your insurance company to determine your specific coverage.

How much time should I allow for my appointment?
Plan for a half hour initial appointment unless otherwise notified as for F-Scan or motion analysis (these may require an hour and a half).

How will I be billed?
If you have insurance, PRO Sports Club Podiatry Therapy will bill your insurance company directly. Otherwise, you will receive a billing statement.

What do I wear to my appointment?
Wear or bring shorts for the exam. Also bring in shoes for evaluation. For motion analysis, tight fitting shorts or spandex would be ideal.

Do you have childcare?
Childcare may be arranged in advance with our childcare center in Bellevue at (425) 861-6247.

Is parking available?
Free parking is available in the Bellevue club's parking garage, and for the convenience of those with injuries or limited mobility, we have several parking spaces designated for physical therapy near the club entrance.
