Bio: Jeremy earned his degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Oregon State University. He has been at PRO Sports Club since January of 2006, as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and member of the 20/20 Lifestyles Assessment Team. He is currently certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. Jeremy enjoys training 20/20 clients to embrace exercise as an enjoyable activity and make it a part of their everyday life. He loves mountain biking and doing anything outdoors. |

Bio: Jayme received her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Western Washington University. Upon graduation, she came to PRO Sports Club as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Lead Trainer for the 20/20 Kids Program. She is a Certified Personal Trainer from the National Sports and Conditioning Association. Jayme loves training 20/20 clients and watching them experience lifestyle changes that are associated with good health. She is an avid skier and also loves volleyball, hiking, and spending time with family. |

Bio: Nelson has been working for the PRO Club for more than 3 years as a Personal Trainer and an Assessment Coordinator in 20/20 Lifestyles. He graduated from the University of Washington with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. He is currently certified as a Health/Fitness Instructor® by ACSM, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by NSCA, and a Clinical Exercise Specialist and Personal Trainer through ACE. As an individual who has dealt with weight loss himself, he understands the hard work people must go through in order to achieve a healthy lifestyle. In addition, Nelson enjoys working with clients to help with their weight loss and other fitness goals. Basketball, running, football, and climbing stairs are his hobbies of choice. |

Bio: Karrie received her Bachelors of Science from Western Washington University in Exercise Science with a focus on Athletic Training. Karrie’s certifications include American College of Sports Medicine’s Health and Fitness Instructor®, and National Athletic Trainer’s Association Certified Athletic Trainer. She was the Assessment team lead until 2006 and then was promoted to Continuing Education Supervisor. Karrie also trains 20/20 clients and regular personal training clients. Karrie enjoys working with 20/20 clients since they are so responsive and excited about the lifestyle change goals of the program. Karrie has been working at the PRO Sports Club since 2003. Karrie also enjoys running, tennis, and photography. |

Name: Chris Rickman Phone: (425) 861-6258 Bio: Chris joined the 20/20 Lifestyles Assessment Team in June of 2006. He earned his Bachelors degree in Exercise Science at Oregon State University, and began working as a personal trainer at PRO Sports Club in September 2005. Chris enjoys helping others achieve a healthier lifestyle, and improving their quality of life through obesity management. He enjoys outside activities with friends and recreational team sports. |

Name: Barbara Pilcher Phone: (425) 861-6282 Bio: Barbara has worked in many aspects with the medical community. She was a medical assistant for a family practice physician and allergist, as well as worked in an emergency room. She was also a cardiology technician and in-patient pharmacy technician. In addition to her medical experience, Barbara is a health fitness instructor, certified by the American College of Sports Medicine. She is also certified by the American Council on Exercise as a Clinical Exercise Specialist and Master Practical Trainer, teaching the ACE Practical Training Program. She also holds a Certificate of Enhanced Qualification for Special Populations by the American College of Sports Medicine and is a member of the International Association of Fitness Professionals (IDEA). She has taught a variety of accredited Continuing Education Courses for both ACSM and ACE. |

Mindy enjoys working with all ages and has experience in physical therapy, swimming, gymnastics, volleyball and snowboarding. |

Bio: James earned a B.S. and M.S. in Exercise Science at Washington State University, where he also taught undergraduate classes in exercise physiology and ran the website for WSU’s varsity strength and conditioning facility. James received a second M.S. in Nutrition from the University of Florida. He has published research in prestigious scientific journals, including the Journal of Applied Physiology and the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. He has also served as the editor and writer for a popular magazine for strength and power athletes. He joined PRO in 2004. Personal hobbies that he enjoys include strength training, kneeboarding, snowboarding, playing guitar, and making music with his home recording studio. |
