Bio: Mike earned a BS in Exercise Science and an MS in Exercise Physiology from Washington State University.  While at WSU, he was a graduate teaching assistant in the department of Kinesiology, and a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach for all varsity sports programs. He was a varsity letterman in both track and cross country at WSU as well. Mike is a certified Health/Fitness Director® for the American College of Sports Medicine and serves as a certification director for their Health/Fitness Instructor® certification exam. Mike has worked in the fitness industry in varying capacities including Physical Therapy, Fitness Director, Personal Trainer, Continuing Education, and as a track and cross country coach for high school and collegiate teams. He served as Fitness Manager and Personal Trainer in California before joining PRO in March of 2000. Areas of expertise for Mike include clinical exercise physiology, special populations' program design and sports performance enhancement.

Bio: Julie earned her BS and MS degrees in Exercise Science from the University of Idaho. Her passion for exercise has lead her into working in the fields of cardiac rehabilitation, coaching, athletic training and sports marketing. She is a certified Health/Fitness Instructor® by the American College of Sports Medicine, and joined PRO Sports Club in 2001.

Bio: Sally received her Bachelors of Arts in Fitness & Sports Management from Central Washington University. Sally's certifications include American College of Sports Medicine’s Health/Fitness Instructor®, ACE Personal Trainer, and 20/20 Lifestyles. Sally worked for 3+ years as a personal trainer at the PRO Sports Club, and earlier for 3 years with a Corporate Wellness/Fitness company. Prior to becoming the 20/20 Assistant manager, Sally was the 20/20 Program coordinator.

Vice President, Physical Therapy
Name: Chris Tuohy

Bio: Chris is an experienced licensed physical therapist with over 14 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy. Having treated many high school, college and professional athletes throughout his career, he has extensive experience in sports medicine. Under Chris' direction, the PRO Sports Club is pleased to offer a Physical Therapy program with experienced highly qualified professionals with expertise in treating your orthopedic, sports and work related injuries. Chris is currently pursuing his doctorate in sports physical therapy.
