Ashley A Harris, R.D., C.D.
Ashley works with both 20/20 Lifestyles program clients and general members. Prior to joining PRO Sports Club, she worked as the supervising registered dietitian at a private treatment center for addictions and eating disorders. Her dietetic internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital focused in the area of pediatric and adolescent medicine.
Education & Associations: B.S. in Food and Nutritional Science from Pepperdine University. Memberships include the American Dietetic Association; Washington State Dietetic Association and Greater Seattle Dietetic Association. Also serves as the Washington State Membership Chair for Action for Healthy Kids.

Azucena Gamarra, M.S., R.D., C.D.
Azucena provides nutritional counseling for both 20/20 Lifestyles clients with metabolic disorders such as obesity, high cholesterol, hypertension and diabetes as well as general members and non member clients trying to achieve a variety of fitness and health related goals. Her previous experiences include Swedish Hospital, The Everett Clinic, and Community Clinics in King County. She has also taught cooking classes at Whole Foods and PCC Natural Markets. Azucena uses a holistic approach to nutrition therapy and enjoys helping clients with food allergies and vegetarian diets. She is also fluent in Spanish and French.
Education & Associations: B.S. in Natural Health Sciences, M.S. in Science of Nutrition from Bastyr University (WA), and Certification in Adult Weight Management. Mary K. Mach, M.S., R.D.
Mary provides nutritional counseling for 20/20 Lifestyles clients and general members who are seeking nutrition guidance for weight management and metabolic disorders including diabetes, dislipidemia, and hypertension. While her nutrition background includes supervisory roles and product development, her main passion remains assisting individuals achieve lasting, well-balanced nutrition. Prior to joining 20/20 Lifestyles, Mary worked at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. Her clinical background includes Overlake Hospital Medical Center and Highline Hospital. She also worked as an outpatient dietitian for WIC and the King County Department of Public Health.
Education & Associations: M.S. in Nutrition from Bastyr University. Certification in Adult Weight Management. Memberships include the American Dietetic Association, Washington State Dietetic Association, and Weight Management Dietetic Practice Group.

Denise Maxwell, R.D., C.D.
Denise provides nutritional counseling for both 20/20 clients and general members interested in achieving their personal health and fitness goals. She is passionate about working with her clients to develop and implement life long habits for sustaining a balance in their nutrition and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Prior to working with Pro Sports Club she worked in a private nutrition counseling practice in Portland, OR as well as gained clinical experience in both in patient and out patient counseling in local hospitals. She has experience and a strong interest in sports nutrition, weight loss, weight gain, wellness/prevention, behavior modification and management of metabolic disorders such as obesity, high cholesterol, hypertension and diabetes. She has also instructed healthy cooking classes with both children and adults and has extensive experience with recipe/menu development.
Education & Associations: B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science, Central Washington University with a specialization in Dietetics and completed her dietetic internship through Oregon Health and Science University. She also holds a Le Cordon Bleu culinary arts degree from Western Culinary Institute. Memberships include the American Dietetic Association; Washington State Dietetic Association; Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutritionists practice group; Certificate in Adult Weight Management.

Kathryn Ponio, R.D., C.D.
Kathryn provides nutrition counseling and support for 20/20 clients as well as adult and pediatric general and non-members. Her goal is to work with individuals in finding personalized, lifelong and sustainable nutrition practices to optimize overall health and wellness. Her experiences include oncology nutrition at UW Medical Center, consultations with collegiate athletes, and specialized focus on weight and metabolic imbalances, including work with diabetes and bariatric surgery patients.
Education & Associations: B.S. in Nutrition from Bastyr University with an emphasis on whole foods and natural health; completed her dietetic internship through Bastyr University, with field work in local hospitals, outpatient clinics, and various community outreach settings. Memberships include American Dietetic Association, Greater Seattle Dietetic Association, American Diabetes Association, and Weight Management Dietetic Practice Group.

Megan Vucinovich, M.S., R.D., C.D.
Megan is currently the Dietetic Supervisor and conducts weekly nutritional counseling and support for clients involved in the 20/20 Lifestyles program helping to correct or improve metabolic disorders such as obesity, high cholesterol, hypertension and diabetes. Megan is also available to meet with PRO Sports Club members looking to improve their health or learn more about nutrition. She has previous experience working at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Harborview Medical Center and UW Medical Center.
Education & Associations: B.S. in Community Health Education from the University of St. Thomas; M.S. in Nutrition from Bastyr University and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Washington. Memberships include the American Dietetic Association; Greater Seattle Dietetic Association; Washington State Dietetic Association; Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management.

Monika Waisman, R.D., C.D.
Monika provides nutritional counseling for 20/20 Lifestyles clients as well as PRO Sports Club members who are interested in managing their weight and improving their health. Previous to joining PRO Sports Club, she worked in a variety of settings including Madigan Army Medical Center, WIC, Renton School District food service, and food service at Tacoma General Hospital. She is certified in the area of Adult Weight Management and is knowledgeable in the nutritional care of people of all ages and conditions. In her free time Monika enjoys getting outdoors and being active or cooking up a tasty, healthy meal.
Education & Associations: B.S. in Human Nutrition from Washington State University. Supervised practice experience completed through Washington State University’s Coordinated Program in Dietetics. Monika is a member of the American Dietetic Association, Washington State Dietetic Association, and the Greater Seattle Dietetic Association. She served as a board member of the South Sound Dietetic Association from 2007-2008.

Lynne Williams, PhD., R.D., L.D., C.D.
Lynne provides nutritional consultations for both 20/20 clients and general members interested in weight management or correcting metabolic disorders. Previously, she worked at MD Anderson Cancer Center and as a consultant in private practice for numerous hospitals and clinics. Lynne has special interests in weight loss, diabetes, vegetarian nutrition and modifying food behaviors.
Education & Associations: B.S. Nutrition from Texas Tech University, M.Ed. Ph.D from Texas A& M University Memberships include the American Dietetic Association, Washington Dietetic Association, Weight Management Dietetic Practice Group and Vegetarian Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group.

Christina Baker, R.D., C.D.
Christina received her B.S. in Dietetics at Brigham Young University. She then went on to complete her dietetic internship through Yale-New Haven Hospital. Prior to joining PRO Sports Club, she worked as an outpatient dietitian at Beverly Hospital near Boston Massachusetts where she was involved in their diabetes care center and cardiac rehab program. She also designed and implemented a weight loss program for adults as well as children. For the community, she has taught many nutritional classes and is a Sports Nutrition Specialist.
Education & Associations: B.S. in Human Nutrition and Food Science, Colorado State University with a Concentration in Dietetics, Minor in Biology; internship through the University of Northern Colorado. Her memberships include the American Dietetic Association and the Greater Seattle Dietetic Association.

Loan Bui, R.D., C.D.
Loan is a registered dietitian at the PRO Sports Club for the 20/20 Lifestyle Clinic. Loan conducts nutrition consultations for metabolic disorders such as hyperlipidemia, hypertension, and diabetes, as well as personalized assistance for weight loss and healthy eating. Prior to joining the 20/20 Lifestyles Nutrition team in 2001, Loan worked in various areas of dietetics at places like Providence Medical Center, Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital, and Seattle and King County Public Health Departments. Currently, Loan works per diem as she enjoys spending time with her new baby girl.
Education & Associations: B.S. in Human Nutrition from the University of Florida. Memberships include the American Dietetic Association, Washington State Dietetic Association, and Greater Seattle Dietetic Association; Certificate in Adult Weight Management, 2000.

Karina Tanguay, M.S., R.D., C.D.
Karina provides nutritional consultation for both 20/20 clients and general members interested in improving eating habits to achieve their personal health and fitness goals. Prior to joining Pro Sports Club, Karina worked for the Tacoma School District Head Start program coordinating and providing nutrition education for instructors, children, and families as well as providing nutrition consultation services for families with children at nutritional risk. Her clinical background includes Tacoma General and Allenmore Hospitals, Tacoma, WA, and Madigan Army Medical Center, Fort Lewis, WA.
Education & Associations: B.S. in Foreign Language and International Affairs from University of Puget Sound; M.S. in Nutrition From Bastyr University and completed her dietetic internship requirement through Washington State University. Memberships include the American Dietetic Association; Sound Sound Dietetic Association; Washington State Dietetic Association.

Julie Tredway, R.D., C.D.
Julie is a registered dietitian who works primarily with 20/20 Lifestyles program clients. Weekly nutritional consultations are spent educating clients on adapting healthy eating habits to promote long-term weight normalization and improvement of metabolic disorders. Her nutritional experience includes working with the Women's Health Initiative study at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and as a clinical dietitian at both St. Vincent Medical Center in southern California and locally at Queen Anne Health Care. She has also done sports nutrition consulting work for Columbia Athletic Clubs in the past and now specializes in seeing general PRO Sports Club members regarding sports nutrition to enhance their athletic performance. Julie’s objective is to work collectively with each client to develop a balanced approach to eating food that is maintainable for a lifetime.
Education & Associations: B.S. in Food and Nutritional Science from Seattle Pacific University. Memberships include the American Dietetic Association; Washington State Dietetic Association; and Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutritionists Practice Group. Received Certification in Adult Weight Management from the American Dietetic Association in September 2004.
