When school's out, the fun begins. During school breaks, we offer sports camps for girls and boys, ages 4-18. Led by our staff - many of whom are coaches and former elite athletes themselves - camps are divided by age and skill, and offer kids a great chance to meet new friends and try a new sport, or improve their existing skills in a fun, non-competitive atmosphere.

Varsity Hoops Skills Camps

Big Man Camp

The game of basketball is still a Big Man’s game. No team has been successful at any level without at least one dominant Big Man. Come join other Power Forwards and Centers as you’re lead through practice drills to improve your strength, conditioning, agility, and technique. You’ll gain an understanding of what it takes to play the Big Man position, as well as how to be effective at scoring and defending around the basket. Ball Handling Camp

Improve your fundamentals and get ready to play at the next level. Strengthen your off hand, develop your passing ability and court vision, and learn the mental aspects that you need to lead your team. As you become more efficient with your dribble, you’ll become more effective at handling the ball and moving down the court with purpose in game situations. You’ll learn how to improve handling the ball under pressure, during traps, and double teams. You’ll also come away knowing how to create more assists and lower your team’s turnovers as you learn the types of passes to throw under various conditions. View PDF Flyer.

Shooting Camp

Everyone wants to score points for their team, but they often don’t know how to practice shooting correctly or what drills to focus on. This camp equips you with a practice routine guaranteed to help you find success at scoring and becoming more of an offensive threat. The shooting camp shows you what drills to focus on and how to execute them. Players will fine tune their technique with concentrated repetition and simulated game conditions, practicing shots from game spots at game speed. DISCOVERY BAY

Art of Etiquette/Cooking Camp

Children rarely attend classes on manners, and yet they are the key to building positive friendships and strong self-esteem. This fun class which combines cooking and etiquette provides your child with an increased appreciation for good manners. Children are taught the art of introductions, hand-shaking, how to set a table, basic table manners, and how to prepare tasty treats (which they get to sample). They will learn fun recipes that can be repeated easily enough at home. It also includes role-playing exercises and a reference workbook for each student to keep. View PDF Flyer.

Jump Rope

Jumpers learn single rope tricks, partner skills, Double Dutch and long rope with national award winning instructors. The three instructors have been jumping rope competitively for nine years and instructing on the Eastside and at PRO Sports Club for the last four years. Kindermusik - Family Time (Newborn-7 years)

We took favorite Kindermusik songs and activities and rolled them into a fun, family class where everyone sings, moves, learns musical concepts, and lets loose in a family jam time. Fun for all! (Kit included). View PDF Flyer.

Kindermusik - Village (Newborn-18 months)

Through a unique blend of multi-level activities that includes creative movement, vocal play, object and instrument exploration, and a colorful literature component, your baby’s growth and development are stimulated and all of his senses engaged. (Kit included) View PDF Flyer.

Super Camp

We call this camp “super” because it’s super fun and filled with loads of exciting activities. Each day includes instructor led sessions on jump rope, Mad Science, lunch, snacks and a movie. View PDF Flyer.

 Theatre Camps

Through theatre, children are free to explore and express themselves. They are encouraged to work together in a safe and welcoming environment where there are no wrong answers or competition, only the chance to try on being someone else and discover a little more of themselves and others in the process. In these camps, children are introduced to singing, acting, and dancing through imaginative theatre exercises, games, and songs. Parents are invited to a performance on the last day of class.  PAVILION SPORTS

All Sport Camp - Indoor

Filled with a variety of sports to help each child become, a better, well-rounded athlete including basketball, soccer, kickball, racquetball, badminton, swimming, and dodgeball. Please make sure your child brings a swimsuit to camp each day. Each child receives a t-shirt and a camp certificate. Lunch is catered by The Bistro. Drop off and pick up is in the Pavilion. All Sport Camp - Outdoor

This camp combines the fun of All Sports Camp with the ability to enjoy the outdoors. Campers will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of sports including basketball, soccer, kickball, dodgeball, badminton, tennis, swimming, and baseball. Drop off is at Grass Lawn Park (on 148th Ave. NE) on the Turf Soccer Field. At noon each day, PRO Sports Club shuttles transport the children back to the club for the second part of camp. Please be sure to wear sunscreen each day. Each child receives a t-shirt and a camp certificate. Lunch is catered by The Bistro. Pick up will be in the Pavilion or Decathlon Room. View PDF Flyer.

Healthy Kids Camp

Have a blast while actively learning what it takes to be a healthy kid. Believe it or not, there’s a lot more than you think! Our sports coaches, personal trainers and dietitians will provide fun hands on activities and classes that will give you the skills to help you be your personal best.

Age appropriate grouping within each camp. Each physical activity places an emphasis on sportsmanship, teamwork and inclusiveness. Each camper will receive a workout/lifestyle plan to foster future development. View PDF Flyer.
