Whether you’re looking for the flexibility of a multi-class package or a more structured comprehensive program, we’ve got something that will fit into your desired workout routine. Take a variety of cardio, strength and specialty classes at your own leisure, or join us for monthly or seasonal enrollment programs like Boot Camp, Hardcore Fitness and Total Body Transformation. We have a multitude of classes for adults (14 and up), juniors (7-13) and some classes that the whole family can take together. Call or come visit with us to find the right fit for you.
