Cardio Blast

A 55-minute calorie-burning format that includes short burst of high intensity cardio and high repetition strength exercises. Each session contains at least 40 minutes of heart pumping cardio intervals using machines and various drills integrated with 10 minutes of strength for a high energy, total body challenge. Combat Conditioning

Initial Workout
