High school and college sports prep programs help prepare athletes (grades 7–12) to achieve longevity from their bodies while developing the skills to excel in their current sports. Each training session incorporates techniques and equipment used by professional athletes to increase strength/power, speed/agility, endurance, and flexibility – key elements for the developing athlete. Our highly skilled and certified performance coaches provide a supportive environment for skill development, educate athletes on nutrition and exercise recovery techniques to improve their overall performance, and help them make the right decisions during the season.
Off-season training for spring 2010 sports (golf, gymnastics, tennis, soccer, lacrosse, baseball, softball, track and field) will begin in November with regularly scheduled evening and weekend sessions. Customized training programs for established groups of athletes and teams will be available to both members and non-members on a limited basis.
Applications for off season training programs (10–30 sessions) are due by Friday, September 25 for guaranteed placement in a preferred training group. Training sessions will be assigned on Wednesday September 30. Applications received after September 25 will be placed in available spots for November and December programs. Please mail or e-mail applications to: willows@proclub.com or PRO Sports Club, 9911 Willows Road, #100, Redmond, WA 98052.
