From keeping you motivated and accountable — to helping you get more out of your time at the gym — they’re as invested in your aspirations as you are.

Our trainers are among the nation’s best. Most have bachelors or masters degrees in exercise science or a fitness field, as well as have extensive experience, and are nationally certified by the American College of Sports Medicine, National Strength and Conditioning Association, and/or American Council on Exercise. Our trainers work extensively with PRO Sports Club’s nationally renowned 20/20 Lifestyles Program, making them highly knowledgeable about Metabolic Disorders as well as having the ability to work with a very diverse clientele.

Our members can take advantage of a Get Started Fitness Program with a personal trainer. Prior to your consultation, you may be requested to complete this Lifestyle Profile Form (Right-click & save to your desktop).
