ACE

(American Council on Exercise)

American Council on Exercise is a non-profit consumer protection organization that helps people enjoy safe and effective exercise. ACE sets the standard for certifying fitness professionals.

20/20 Lifestyles

A one-year program, developed by founder and program director, Dr. Mark Dedomenico, M.D. along with an advisory board of 50 physicians. Trainers are educated on designing safe programs for the special needs of individuals with health challenges such as hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, fibromyalgia, musculoskeletal concerns, and weight loss.

NSCA

(National Strength and Conditioning Association)

The NSCA’s Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® (CSCS®) and NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer® (NSCA-CPT®) certifications are nationally accredited certification programs in the fitness industry, widely respected and internationally recognized. Having received the full approval of the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA), the credentials are regarded as the Credentials of Distinction among fitness professionals.
