Performance Training

 

Using unique equipment and specific methodology only offered at the Performance Center, Performance Training classes educate and train the body in all three planes of motion to mimic daily life and sports activities.

 

From the court to the field, the open water to the open road, Performance Training will provide the necessary tools for the seasoned athlete to the weekend warrior. View PDF Flyer.

 

Performance Training Overview

  1. Functional Movement Screen (FMS) - a prerequisite to performance training.

  2. Performance Training Level 1 - Increases your flexibility, stability, and mobility to enhance your current active lifestyle.

  3. Performance Training Level 2 - Through skill development, education, and revolutionary functional exercise, level 2 is designed to ensure you perform better in any activity you pursue.


Session Description

  • Groups range from 4-12 people.

  • Each 55 minute session includes all 5 core components.

  • Sessions begin every half hour.
