Billy is a Senior Personal Trainer. He played Division I College Football and has experience in collegiate strength coaching and post-rehabilitation for a variety of sports. He enjoys working with individuals of all ages and fitness levels to achieve their personal goals. Due to a full schedule, this trainer is unable to accept jumpstart clients.

Brad Flolid is specialized in skiing, soccer, baseball, football, and track. He is experienced in knee and shoulder post-rehabilitation. He enjoys mountain biking, backpacking, Alpine skiing, and coaching youth sports.

Cameron’s professional goal is to assist individuals in meeting and exceeding their fitness goals both in athletics and general fitness. He uses his scientific knowledge of exercise and creativity to make unique program designs for each of his clients. Cameron enjoys weight training and outdoor activities such as hiking/backpacking, snowboarding, and rafting. Cameron has wide variety of experience from cardiac rehabilitation to sports specific training for football.

Hunter enjoys sharing his passion for fitness with all age groups and fitness levels. He believes that a healthy and physically active lifestyle is the key to optimizing mental and physical performance in our daily lives. Hunter played 4 years of Division 1 soccer at UC Davis, where he learned how to maximize training and performance in a team -oriented atmosphere. He is very knowledgeable in core strengthening as well as speed and agility training due to his personal experiences. Hunter believes through specialized fitness programs each person can find their emotional, mental and physical balance to live life to the fullest.


Jared Erickson

Jared takes pride in creating unique exercise programs for individuals just beginning their training to the elite athlete. He has experience working under the direct supervision of physical therapists at PRO Sports Club Physical Therapy clinic. Jared has become effective at innovative and functional exercise techniques for people recovering from an injury. He also has experience integrating the concepts of multi-planar movements, with emphasis on power and explosion for the elite athlete. Jared is on a cycling team and is training for an Ironman.

Josh played collegiate football at Central Washington University as a quarterback and wide receiver. He has an extensive athletic background and a passion for fitness. Josh enjoys working with people of all fitness levels and provides a fun and challenging workout regimen. He is eager and motivated to see his clients achieve positive fitness results. Josh specializes in weight lifting, sport specific training, and achieving total body fitness. He enjoys football, basketball, snowboarding, time with family, and movies.


Marshall Morioka

Marshall specializes in training his clients through a series of progressions that include: extensive movement education aimed at improving total body control and awareness; dynamic flexibility exercises that will increase each clients functional range of motion; and most importantly utilizing a series of functional strength exercises that will train each client's body through specific body movements that match the clients personal training goals. His training philosophy can be applied to clients of all ages, skill levels and tailored to meet and surpass each clients individual fitness goals. Shain is specialized in metabolic disorders including weight loss, chronic fatigue syndrome, diabetes, injury rehab, bone disorders, and hypertension. He is experienced in sport specific training (running, golf, plyometrics), youth training, and workplace ergonomics.
